Maryl Petrie is the Founder and President of The Profit Pros, LLC. Her passion for results and her enthusiastic approach to sales and marketing strategy development, sales team re-engineering, and improved sales force effectiveness has proven successful in helping her clients improve their profitability. 

Maryl works in partnership with corporate leaders to ensure that the sales strategy, sales team, and sales operating mechanisms are fully aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.  Working closely with both corporate and sales leadership, Maryl helps her clients drive the strategy, metrics, process, and talent development and management of the sales team to deliver sales and profit growth. 

A seasoned salesperson, Maryl has been a student of sales techniques, sales process improvement and sales management for more than 20 years.  Her professional sales skills and experience allow her to provide creative and insightful solutions that deliver sales growth goals.
 Her versatile sales, sales management and consulting background in healthcare, technology, accounting, advertising, printing and distribution markets brings valuable experience for all kinds of clients. 

Maryl is actively involved in professional and civic organizations in the greater Milwaukee area including Professional Dimensions, BizStarts Milwaukee and the Spreenkler Community and as a volunteer with Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation.
